Christian Podcast

If you found this sight on Google, God bless you. I have been doing my podcast for over 2 years and took a much-needed break to focus, listen for direction and begin new.

I have always been in the ready, fire, aim camp of doing work and hoping God would either bless it or I would somehow get in God's way.

My main target audience is Christian businessmen and Christian businesswomen who want to learn how to apply the word of God to their life.

I believe going forward for the next several months and maybe years I'm going to concentrate on three areas in my walk with God. (and I hope you will join me)

The three areas I will talk about going forward are Christian goal setting, the Sabbath rest, and finally learning to walk by faith and not by sight.

Let's take a closer look at each one of these topics and how I'm going to tackle each one.

Christian goal-setting

If you have listened to the podcast, you have probably heard how God showed me Ezekiel's Wheel and the Four Living Creatures and how they "fit" together.

I believe this is how God uses me to expand His kingdom by taking truths found in His word and finding a connection that will help the body of Christ.

Goal setting in important for every person but if you are a follower of Jesus, I believe the Bible shows us a better way to walk through life.

God's word is the key to living a victorious life and the more you and I "dig in" and plant God's incorruptible seed into our hearts, the better we will walk by faith and not by sight.

Which brings me to my next topic I will cover going forward.

If you asked me what is one of the areas the church needs help with today, I'd have to say most don't know how to take a step of faith.

Many believers know the Bible is the word of God but when it comes to applying the truths to their lives, they seem to fall short.

What I believe I bring to the discussion on faith is the love of God's word and the fearless attempt to apply of the truth found in the Bible to my life.

I mess up a lot but I believe learning to walk by faith is not about perfection but more about correction.

"God won't steer a parked car." I have said this many times while teaching on faith.

What I mean is God wants you to take a step of faith and then He will direct your path. God's word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path.

You don't need any light if you are standing still.

There are many promises in God's word for you when you step out in faith, and I want to help you take steps of faith and not sight.

Once you begin to walk by faith, you will need the last topic I want to talk about here and that is the Sabbath.

When you look at the God's Ten Commandments you see a list of things God expects His children to do.

I know Jesus came to "save" us and redeem us from the law of sin and death, but He also taught us not to teach others to "break" God's laws.

The New Covenant is a wonderful display of God's love for His children, but grace does not give you and me the ability to break the law and not suffer consequences in this life.

What do I mean? If you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior by confessing Him with your mouth and believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, I believe you will be saved.

God is a good God, and God is love, but He also knows what is best for us while we are here walking by faith.

He set up a system at the beginning of six days of work and one day of rest each week.

Keeping the Sabbath is one of God's "top ten," and I believe you and I need to do our best to embrace the Sabbath.

That's why I'm here—to help shine a light on God's word and draw out truths we can live by.

Conclusion

There are so many promises in the word of God you and I need to apply to our lives but walking by faith takes spending time in the Bible and learning to plant the seed.

If you decide to follow my podcast, I will make you a few promises.

I will make many mistakes as I go. I am not perfect (I am forgiven) but I am trying to learn to take steps of faith.

You will learn how I use the Ezekiel's Wheel to help me walk by faith and not by sight.

You will also learn how and why you need rest every week of your life.
